The Experience
Food is a big part of culture, and we're somewhat cultural purists ourselves. First, we'll take you to the buzzing and bustling Flacq market where all the haggle happens. You'll likely stumble upon produce you've never seen before (but you'll get to taste some of the ingredients at dinnertime). And not only will you take a cooking class with our chef, but you'll get to take home our gorgeous, very own SALT cookbook!

Things to keep in mind
- Minimum 1 adult staying for 1 night minimum.
- Available on Wednesdays and Sundays (Opening days of Flacq market).
- What to bring: sunglasses, sun hat, sunscreen, walking shoes, face masks required for guests in public areas, hand sanitizer.
- All bookings must be guaranteed at the time of booking with a full deposit. Activities based on weekly schedule and subject to availability. We encourage you to book in advance with a minimum of 24 hrs Notice.
- Cancellations up to 24h prior to day of activity are fully refunded. Cancellations less than 24h prior will not be refunded.
- Not exchangeable / not transferable.
- We reserve the right to cancel an inclusion due to the weather. You will be refunded for the individual inclusion.
- If you must reschedule, we would require the full names of guests or a cancellation fee will be applied. No-shows and guests who stop the activity for any reason will be asked to pay 100% of the cancellation fee.
